This is a picture of my ggg-grandparents John Sargood Young and his wife Mary Burgess Carson Young. He was born in Ohio in 1824 and she was born in Indiana in 1825. They were cousins. Their fathers were brothers. The picture was most likely taken in the city of Mitchellville, Iowa where they spent the last thirty years or so of their life. He died in 1916 and she died in 1917. ¶ 8:16 AM
